We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Leominster facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, leading maintenance personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Job DetailsWhat You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and maintenance professionals
- Oversee all preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution through the CMMS system
- Drive equipment reliability initiatives involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated systems
- Support troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available to support operations
- Partner with production and operations teams to align maintenance priorities with business goals
- Assist with programming modifications for robotics, PLCs, and automated equipment as needed
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and maintenance best practices
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, productivity, quality, and cost reduction
- Manage hiring, training, performance management, coaching, and employee development activities
- Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and maintenance leadership experience
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, packaging, consumer products, automotive, chemical, or related industries
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotics, and automation systems
- Experience utilizing CMMS platforms such as MP2, Maximo, SAP PM, or similar systems
- Proven track record of reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
- Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
